Research

Aircraft manufacturers are proposing a new aircraft to help accommodate increasing demand in air transportation. The so-called New Large Aircraft (NLA) will feature two decks all along the fuselage, allowing a passenger capacity of up to 650 passengers. The impact this larger aircraft passenger capacity will have on airports is the subject of a research under development at the University of Calgary. (NLA Web Site)
